Outer BLDC Motor vs. Inner BLDC Motor
Micro Brushless DC motor can be divided into two types: inner rotor type and outer rotor type. The main difference between them is that outer rotor type has its motor case rotate and the inner rotor type doesn’t while the motor shaft is rotating.
